Pour ces quelques francophones qui ont eu le coup de coeur, le Yukon est cet espace magique où, au-delà de la langue et de la culture française, leurs vies ont pris racines. Whether it’s a young Belgian family who moved here in the 1960s, in search of the boreal lifestyle with its sleigh-dogs and log cabins, or a young entrepreneur who came with the idea to open the perfect cornerstone café, the Yukon territory is one of those places where there is always something to discover about the land, and about your self. After many years and many dreams, the gold diggers gave way to the explorers of inner peace, and truth. And although the Yukon may not be the place for the faint of heart, it warmly embraces anyone who arrives with an open heart. |
