CENTIGRADE

(Colin Cunningham, Canada 2007, 15 min, v.o.a.)

A contemporary thriller about a Man who lives in an old, busted up camper trailer but wakes up one morning to find himself (and it) rolling down a desert highway.

COLIN CUNNINGHAM

Colin Cunningham... a man of many talents, a man of many faces. Born and raised in Los Angeles, this professional actor got sick and tired of tugging on the 'shirt sleeves' of Hollywood. In 1993 Cunningham decided he'd had enough and shouted from a laundromat "Enough! To hell with this! I'm going to get out of this town, go to Vancouver, take a film class, start up my own production company, make a movie and put me in it!"

And so, he loaded up his car, headed north, took a film class, started up his own production company, made a movie and put himself in it.

That movie was ZACHARIA FARTED. A highly successful indie feature, which took a total of 3 AUDIENCE FAVORITE AWARDS out of the 7 festivals it played throughout Canada, the U.S. and Europe. ZACHARIA was also nominated for 5 LEO AWARDS (B.C. Film Awards), including BEST PICTURE.

Today, Colin continues to be one of the busiest and hardest working actor/film-makers in the United States and Canada. He recently won a LEO AWARD for BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR, in the series DA VINCI'S INQUEST for his role as dirty cop, Brian Curtis. Colin also just finished up work on the soon to be released feature ELEKTRA, co-starring along with Jennifer Garner and Terence Stamp. You can also catch him in the season finale of the popular science fiction series THE DEAD ZONE.

In over 15 years of acting, Colin has worn many 'faces'. From the rule-bound Major Paul Davis on STARGATE SG-1 to a sleazy tabloid editor in CSI: MIAMI. Colin only has to turn to his closet where he becomes long haired druggy cop Brian Curtis, the Devil incarnate (THE COLLECTOR) or the blonde, caring and ever present ex-husband 'Neil', on THE CHRIS ISAAK SHOW.

Cunningham has not limited himself to episodic television, and has been seen in dozens of indie features and MOWs such as MR. ST. NICK (with Kelsey Grammer), BEHIND THE SCENES (the story of classic sitcom 'Three's Company') and TNT's WILDER DAYS (with Peter Falk).

Personal highlights to date are working with Arnold Schwarzenegger in THE SIXTH DAY and with Christopher Guest in the Castle Rock Pictures 'mockumentary' release BEST IN SHOW.
